So the other day I went to TJ Maxx, shopping because I am heading back to school soon, and was getting things I needed before I left. Then I realized I oddly did not want to shop for clothes. Now if you know me you know that is very unlikely and I should go see a doctor now because something is probably wrong.
But, because I didn’t want to shop for clothes, I looked at everything else in the store and still managed to spend $50, so don’t worry, I’m not dying and the world isn’t ending.
So I bought a kettlebell for the days I am feeling really lazy and don’t want to walk all the way to the gym. I know like I said it’s lazy, but at least I’m making it harder for myself to make excuses to not work out…progress? It’s like God is tell me to get off the couch and start doing some sit-ups.
I’m going to use it for the first time Friday on my off-running day, so I’ll let you know if it’s going to make it hard to pour the milk in your cereal the next morning.
